Os organizadores da edi\u00e7\u00e3o de 2016 do New York Film Festival<\/strong> divulgaram os 25 destaques da mostra. Entre eles, destaca-se ‘Aquarius’<\/strong> de Kleber Mendon\u00e7a Filho<\/strong>, ‘The Lost City of Z’<\/strong> de James Gray<\/strong> e o vencedor da Palma de Ouro em Cannes, ‘I, Daniel Blake’<\/strong> de Ken Loach<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Enquanto o brasileiro ‘Aquarius’ conta a hist\u00f3ria de uma senhora que se recusa a sair do pr\u00e9dio em que morou a vida toda, mesmo depois de seus vizinhos terem vendido suas casas, ‘I, Daniel Blake’ tem um recorte social mais claro, guiando o espectador pelas dificuldades de um senhor que sofreu um infarto e precisa conseguir benef\u00edcios governamentais para sobreviver.<\/p>\n

‘The Lost City of Z’, por sua vez, encerr\u00e1 a edi\u00e7\u00e3o deste ano. O filme \u00e9 uma adapta\u00e7\u00e3o do livro hom\u00f4nimo escrito pelo jornalista David Grann, que conta a hist\u00f3ria de Percy Fawcett<\/strong>, lend\u00e1rio explorador que foi at\u00e9 a Amaz\u00f4nia em busca de uma cidade durante os anos 1920 e nunca retornou.<\/p>\n

Como de costume, o New York Film Festival \u00e9 organizado pela Film Society of Lincoln Center<\/strong>. Este ano, acontece entre os dias 30 de setembro e 16 de outubro.<\/p>\n
